You may change any data elements of your list items at any time, even the description. From the main window, select (click on) the list item you want to change and then click the Edit button to bring up the entry window. (Tip: double-clicking on the list item will also bring up the entry window). At this point, see the above paragraph regarding adding a new item for the data element descriptions. SAVE Adds new items to the list or saves any changes
